Our team members are from the Queer community from the Netherlands. We know by heart what situations people can get into once they decide to go chase their authentic selves. Divorce, loss of work, denied access to housing because of migration, need for a house before your transition can move forward, rejection for new rental houses and mental or physical violence because you are who you are.Housing first

We believe in a housing-first strategy. This project aims at full-filling that with offering to house to trans persons. This approach results in a few specific services like “a bed for a few days” and a longer stay in permanent or temporary housing.

Beyond of housing we can offer you help to rebuild your base in life.Holistic
Beyond housing, we can offer you help to rebuild your base in life: a social network, a healthy rhythm between awake and sleep, healthy lifestyle in food. After that, we can help you with orientation of work. With the orientation we also help to get the job. Later on we will also add help with hormones, surgeries and developing your style.

We are part of a network of shelters. We have contact with local psychologists to work on traumas. Because our base in the LGBTQIA+ community, we work together with other local community organizations. If needed we build that local network you need from scratch just in one to four weeks.Our services

Rubunn (47) is the thriving and creative force within Genderlodge. He creates the network of partners together with Anastasia.
Bardia (33), transforms Rubunn’s ideas into art impressions. She overlooks the work of Chey helps Luiza to get the right materials.
Luiza (28) builds up the contacts with suppliers and building locations and on the website of genderlodge together with Anastasia.
Catharina Anastasia (40) brought together our team-members. She works together with Rubunn on the concept and creating the network of partners.
